What you bring to the table:

  • You're a professional in the HORECA industry or related sectors.
  • You have experience in a management position in the hospitality industry (esp. full-service restaurants).
  • You have an in-depth understanding of the restaurant industry as well as restaurant financial KPIs, staff management and cost control.
  • You like to work in a structured and goal-orientated way.
  • You are a natural when it comes to motivating and leading people.
  • You are resilient, service-oriented and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.

Your key responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the organization, coordination and preparation of all restaurant operations at your location.
  • You recruit and manage the team, motivate your employees, create shift schedules and hold trainings on a regular basis.
  • You monitor key metrics such as productivity, personnel costs and inventory management.
  • You initiate and manage suitable marketing measures and become a brand ambassador yourself.
  • You create daily and monthly sales reports as well as monthly inventory.
  • You make sure that all safety and hygiene regulations are met.
  • You are the first point of contact for both guests and employees.
